Se definen los conceptos de conservaci\u00f3n, auscultaci\u00f3n y rehabilitaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como el &#8220;ciclo vital&#8221; de las construcciones. Se presentan los sistemas de gesti\u00f3n que contemplan el cl\u00e1sico esquema de inventarios, inspecciones principales y especiales. En ciertos casos, tambi\u00e9n el proyecto de reparaci\u00f3n o refuerzo (o ambas cosas) de estructuras existentes.
